TriQuint’s TGA2598 is the optimum driver for higher power GaN devices serving Radar and communication applications. The TGA2598 provides up to 21dB of small signal gain. Power Added Efficiency is rated at 31%. The TriQuint TGA2598 is compatible with GaN HPA bias requirements, operating at 100mA from a 25V bias.
