RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for TriQuint’s high-linearity, low noise amplifier (LNA), the TGA2613-SM. An internally balanced configuration supports low return loss and improves robustness of the TGA2613-SM when subjected to non-ideal load conditions. OTOI is specified at 41dBm with a P1dB of 28.5dBm. This TriQuint LNA is available in a low cost, 5x5mm QFN package and ideal for S-Band radar or communication systems in the 2.5 to 4GHz frequency range. Noise figure of the TriQuint TGA2613-SM is specified at 2.5dB.
