RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for the TGA2620-SM, TriQuint’s 16-18GHz driver amplifier delivering 19dBm Psat for commercial and military radar and 18dBm P1dB for communication systems. Small signal gain is up to 20dB. The TGA2620-SM draws only 30mA from a 6V bias supply. Fabricated on TriQuint’s 0.15um GaAs pHEMT process, the TGA2620-SM is packaged in a low-cost, 3x3mm, air-cavity QFN but is also available in DIE form as TriQuint’s TGA2620.
