These 28V devices offer 107W P3dB for applications in Radar, professional or military communication systems and avionics. Covering frequencies up to 3.5GHz, the TGF2929-FL & TGF2929-FS are input prematched for S-Band. TriQuint (Qorvo) offers the TGF2929-FL with a flange mount and the TGF2929-FS as an earless version package. Both transistors utilize low thermal base material for efficient heat transfer with PAE >50%.
