RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for Skyworks high isolation switches developed for IoT (Internet of Things) applications. The new family features the SKY13522-644LF SPDT, the SKY13523-639LF SP3T and SKY13524-639LF SP4T. All 3 switches support operation from 700 to 3000MHz. Designed using SOI processing, these switches consume less than 10uA of current. Built-in decoders limit the number of GPIO lines needed for control. Setting these switches apart is their high isolation, averaging 47dB @ 2GHz, and high IIP3 of 56dB. Capable of handling 23dBm input power, these Skyworks switches are extremely small. The SKY13522-644LF, SPDT, is offered in a 1.1×1.1mm QFN while the SKY13523-639LF, SP3T, and SKY13524-639LF, SP4T, come in a 1.6×1.6mm QFN.
