RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a single pole, double throw (SPDT) switch. The Skyworks SKY13585-679LF supports transmit/receive applications from 1 to 6GHz such as WLAN networks, WiFi, repeaters, ISM band radios, Bluetooth and connectivity modules. Capable of operating from 1.8 or 3.3V control logic without degrading power handling, the SKY13585-679LF has a P0.1dB point of 31dBm. Isolation ranges from 22 to 28dB, dependent on frequency, with typical insertion loss of 0.4dB. Integrated DC blocking caps reduce PCB footprint requirements for this 1x1mm packaged switch.
