RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for the Qorvo RFPD3540, a 45 – 1218MHz GaAs/GaN power doubler hybrid used in DOCSIS 3.1 CATV systems. Combining GaAs and GaN offers a hybrid with excellent linearity along with the reliability and power efficiency of GaN technology. The RFPD3540 provides up to 27dB of gain at 1218MHz. CSO and CTB are rated at -80dBc. DC current can be externally adjusted for best circuit performance with a maximum current draw of 420mA from a 24V supply. Offered in industry standard SOT115J packaging for compatibility with existing layouts.
