RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a high power SPDT switch from RFuW Engineering. The MSW2T-2041-193 high power PIN diode switch handles 150 watts of average (CW) power across a band width of 400MHz to 4GHz. Peak power handling is up to 550W. Offered in a surface mount (SMT) package measuring 5x8x2.5mm, the MSW2T-2041-193 symmetrical switch serves radar T/R module applications along with switch filter banks and Mil-Com radio applications where high-power handling is needed. Insertion loss is only 0.25dB while typical isolation is 33dB. Switching time is 2 microseconds.
