RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for the Skyworks Solutions SKY66114-11, a low power front end module for Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) applications. A fully integrated 2.4GHz module, the SKY66114-11 offers 23dBm Tx output power which quadruples the effective range of standalone System on Chip (SoC) solutions. Receive sensitivity is boosted by 7dB and the operating supply voltage ranges from 1.7 to 3.6V. Improved efficiency with lower current requirements offer advantages in ZigBee, Thread and BLE designs. Offered in a low profile, 2.4 x 2.4mm package.
