Model Number SSPA 0.020-6.000-10 operates from 20MHz to 6GHz and delivers 5 to 10 Watts (typ.) of saturated output power for broad band jamming and communication system platforms. Typical small signal gain is up to 50dB with gain flatness of +/-4dB. Operating from a +28V supply drawing 1.17A in class AB operation, the SSPA 0.020-6.000-10 is offered in a modular housing that is approximately 2.5″ (W) by 6.4″ (L) by 1.00″ (H). Typical OIP3 levels are 37 to 43 dBm (two 30dBm tones with 1MHz spacing).
