Southwest Antennas 1001-201 Spring Base Mounted UHF Antenna offers 2dBi gain from 340 to 470MHzRFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a Southwest Antennas’ half-wave, dipole antenna. Part number 1001-201 is designed to support permanent ground communication stations or temporary installations for short-term communication networks in the 340 to 470MHz frequency range. Examples include Multi User Objective Satellite Service (MUOS) downlink band for military communications, public safety radio systems and radios for government, business, and industrial use. A heavy duty spring base allows the antenna to flex upon impact and return to its vertical operating position, thereby reducing stress on the mated RF connector. Offered with a rugged, TNC male connector, the 1001-201 has 2dBi of gain and can handle up to 50 Watts of RF input power.
