High Power Switch/LNA Targets TDD Base Stations

Qorvo’s QPB9320 integrates a two-stage LNA and a high power switch providing 52 W power handling from 1850 to 2025 MHzRFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a high power Front-End module. Qorvo’s QPB9320 integrates a two-stage LNA and a high power switch that provides power handling up to 52 Watts of average power. Supporting applications across a frequency range of 1850 to 2025 MHz, this FEM provides 1.1 dB noise figure for operation in the receive mode and 0.5 dB insertion loss in the transmit path. Only a +5V supply with 3.3V logic control is required for operation. The QPB9320 module is targeted for wireless infrastructure applications configured for TDD-based architectures using an isolator. Packaged in a RoHS-compliant, compact 8 mm x 8 mm surface-mount leadless package.
