RFMW offers SoC Agnostic IoT FEM

Skyworks SKY68020-11 SoC Agnostic low data rate, low-power FEM supports over 20 LTE bandsRFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a low data rate, low-power FEM. The Skyworks SKY68020-11 front-end module is designed for half-duplex, IoT applications such as LTE-M / NB-IoT devices, smart metering, asset tracking, industrial IoT and wearables. SoC agnostic, the SKY68020-11 broad frequency range supports over 20 LTE bands, enabling single SKU designs to cover future LTE-M and NB-IoT deployments including B14, B70, B71, and B85. Transmit output power is 24 dBm with second harmonic rejection (B13) of -60 dBm. In addition to the power amplifier, Tx/Rx filtering, an antenna switch and MIPIĀ® controller are integrated, thereby saving PCB area over discrete designs. Powered from a 2.85 to 4.5V source, the low, 0.4uA leakage, is a key benefit for IoT devices requiring long battery life.
