The Qorvo QPA2609D provides 27dB of small signal gain with a noise figure of 1.1dB for point-to-point and satellite communication systems. Available in DIE format measuring 2.4 x 1.0 mm, the QPA2609D is matched to 50 ohms with integrated DC blocking caps on both I/O ports for easy handling and simple system integration. OIP3 is 25dBm. P1dB is 18dBm. Biased with 3.5V, this GaAs device draws 120mA of current.
