mmWave 5G Infrastructure Isolators stretch to over 40 GHz

RFMW announces design and sales support for coaxial, mmWave, 5G isolators from DiTom Microwave. The D3I3743 isolator covers 5G infrastructure frequencies from 37 to 43 GHz with 14 dB of isolation. A single-junction design, insertion loss is only 1.2 dB maximum, preserving precious power in the mmWave bands. Average power handing is 5W (2W reflected power). The D3I3743 is offered with 2.92 mm (K) female connectors having a maximum VSWR of 1.35:1 and are available with any combination of male or female connectors on the input/output. With operating temperatures from -20 to +65 degrees C, these isolators are suitable for in-box applications or bench-top testing applications. The isolator body measures 0.5 x 0.7” and weighs only 0.9 ounces. RFMW offers a range of DiTom isolators from 26.5 to 43.5 GHz in both narrow and wide-band frequency ranges.
