RFMW announces design and sales support for the API Technologies Powerfilm, PCA3060 series of fixed attenuators. Optimized for radar, T/R modules, E/W, mmWave and 5G applications up to 30 GHz, the PCA3060 surface mount, fixed attenuators handle up to 1W of power in an 0603 size package. Built using proprietary thin film processes, available attenuation values range from 0 to 10 dB in 1 dB increments, 10, 12, 15 and 20 dB. Ideal for amplifier circuits, receivers, up/down converters, phase‐matched arrays and switching networks they are suitable for drop-in or wire bond attachment with tin-lead, gold or RoHS compliant terminal finish.
