RFMW announces design and sales support for a high power Ku-K band MMIC amplifier from Qorvo. The QPA1724 provides 20 W of saturated power from 17.3 to 21.2 GHz for radar applications in both commercial and military markets. Power added efficiency is 27% with 16 dB large signal gain. Small signal gain is 25 dB. For linear power, satellite communications applications, the QPA1724 provides 10 Watts of RF power. Housed in a 7.5 x 6 mm, air cavity, surface mount package. |
