Trademarked LowDrift technology gives the 857253 Temperature Compensated Surface Acoustic Wave (TC-SAW) filter nearly twice the temperature stability of competing devices. Centered at 828MHz with a 68MHz notch bandwidth, the 857253 is applicable for single ended, 75 ohm operation. The Qorvo 857253 is offered in a 1.4×1.2×0.46mm, hermetically sealed package.
RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for the API Weinschel 1515-1 resistive power divider. The 1515-1 offers SMA female connectors on all ports allowing a miniature design that’s capable of supporting 18GHz applications. Rated at 1W CW, the API Weinschel divider can handle up to 1kW peak power input. Phase tracking between ports is 5 degrees maximum while amplitude tracking is 0.5dB max at 18GHz. Insertion loss beyond the 6dB nominal is only 1.5dB at 18GHz. The miniature design of the API 1515-1 measures 1.17 x 1.14 inches. Each unit is supplied with test data.

SKY67159-396LF, a 200 to 3800MHz low noise amplifier (LNA) designed for applications including IoT (Internet of Things), small cell infrastructure, tower mounted amplifiers and remote radio units. The SKY67159-396LF’s excellent thermal characteristics allow in-system performance up to +105 degrees C. Broadband performance is achieved with a single matching circuit providing superior gain flatness, low noise figure (<1dB) and good linearity (31dBm OIP3).
