This process features advanced techniques to optimize microwave power and efficiency at high drain bias operating conditions. The QPD2018D typically provides 22 dBm of output power at P1dB with gain of 14 dB and 55% power-added efficiency at 1 dB compression making it appropriate for high efficiency applications. The San-tron portfolio is comprised of field replaceable connectors capable of accepting 0.009”, 0.012”, and 0.020” diameter launch pins with 1/2” square, 3/8” square, or .625” 2-hole flange configurations. The connectors offer low VSWR of <1.15:1 from DC to 18.0 GHz and <1.20:1 from 18.0 to 40.0 GHz. They feature high-performance gold-plated beryllium copper contacts, polyetherimide (PEI) capture bead, polychlorotrifluoroethylene (PCTFE) positioning bead and rugged stainless-steel bodies.
