Qorvo’s PAC5527 features an integrated 48 volt charge pump, LDOs, gate drivers and DC/DC buck controller for motors used in power tools, 12V server fans and radio controlled drones. The FLASH-based, 150MHz Arm® Cortex-M4F® fully programmable 32-bit microcontroller offers 128 kB of memory. Offered in a 6 x 6 mm QFN package, the PAC5527 is optimized for battery-powered BLDC motor control applications up to 24V where multiple PCB peripherals can be eliminated.

RFMW announces design and sales support for a FTTH xPON differential video receiver. With a frequency span of 47 to 1218 MHz, Qorvo’s QPL7434 serves applications in xPON ONUs and ONTs in head-end CMTS equipment, set top boxes and gateways. The receiver can handle an optical input range of +2 to -20 dBm with mid-band gain >25 dB. With recommended external control circuitry, AGC range is up to 27 dB. Operating from a 5 VDC supply, current draw is 210 mA and the QPL7434 is offered in a 4 x 4 mm QFN package.
