RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for Qorvo’s QPC9314. The QPC9314’s PIN-diode based switch can handle 52 Watts of average power with an LTE signal (8 dB PAR) and contains two LNA stages, and a 1-bit DSA to provide a high and low gain mode. Further integration of this module is implemented with a switch driver and DC-DC converter circuit meaning the module needs only an external 5V power supply and 3.3V control logic for the switch and gain control mode. Spanning 2.3 – 2.7GHz, this module provides 1.2 dB noise figure in receive mode operation and 0.5 dB…
RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for an integrated Front End Module (iFEM) designed for Wi-Fi applications. Qorvo’s QPF7200 integrates a 2.4GHz power amplifier, bypassable transmit BAW filter, LNA with bypass function and receive coexistence BAW filter into a single module measuring 8 x 5.5mm. Integration of key Tx/Rx functions reduces part count and shrinks PC board designs. The QPF7200 reduces BOM count by >25 components versus discrete designs yet provides +25dBm while maintaining spectral compliance. Gain is measured at 36dB which reduces the power required from an SoC transceiver chip. Receive gain is 12dB with low noise figure…
RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for an ultra low-noise amplifier with integrated bypass function. The Qorvo QPL9095 offers 0.6dB noise figure and operates from 500 to 1000MHz. With 22dB of gain, the QPL9095 provides 33dBm OIP3 in LNA mode and 35dBm OIP3 in Bypass mode. Internally matched, only 4 external components are needed for operation from a single +3.3 to +5V supply. Targeted for wireless infrastructure applications, it’s packaged as a 2x2mm DFN.
RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a broad bandwidth, GaN, solid state power amplifier from Aethercomm.
