Qorvo’s TGA2624-SM provides a saturated output power of 43dBm with 18dBm input. Power added efficiency is >40% and large signal gain is 25dB. For non-saturated applications, small signal gain is >34dB. The TGA2624-SM requires a 28V bias capable of 365mA and comes in a 7x7mm air-cavity QFN package.

TST’s TN0081A contains a high performance pre-SAW filter, low noise amplifier (LNA) and post-SAW filter providing 18.5dB of in-band gain and very high out-of-band rejection of unwanted signals. Relative to the center frequency of 1575MHz, rejection is 85dBc from 704 to 915MHz and 75dBc from 1710 to 1980MHz.
