RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for the PE4312, 6-bit digital step attenuator from Peregrine Semiconductor. The PE4312 is designed for use in wireless infrastructure, portable radios and broadband infrastructure applications from 1MHz to 4GHz. Key features include excellent attenuation accuracy +/-(0.15 + 2% of attn @ 2.2GHz) and low insertion loss. Parallel, serial and power-up controls settings allow the Peregrine PE4312 improved flexibility when programming within AGC loops. 1.8V control logic is supported and supply voltage can range from 2.3 to 5.5V. Extended temperature range supports systems with passive / convection cooling.
