RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a high linearity single-pole, three-throw (SP3T) switch. The Skyworks SKY13588-460LF offers versatility in low power applications such as ISM, WiFi, Bluetooth and WLAN systems operating between 100 and 6000MHz. Useful as an antenna T/R switch, the SKY13588-460LF offers excellent linearity (P0.1dB of 39dBm) with 30dB of isolation and only 0.45dB of insertion loss. Skyworks offers a wide voltage range of 1.6 to 3.0V and extends the operating temperature of this switch from -40 to +105 degrees C. Skyworks provides the SKY13588-460LF in a 2x2mm QFN package that includes an internal negative voltage generator and decoder eliminating the need for external DC blocking capacitors thereby reducing required PCB space.
