Active Bias Gain Block from RFMW offers Superior Performance

The NXP BGA7127 400 to 2700MHz MMIC amplifier delivers 28dBm output power at 1 dB gain compression RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for NXP’s BGA7127 MMIC, one-stage amplifier. Offered in a low-cost, leadless, surface-mount package, the BGA7127 delivers 28dBm output power at 1 dB gain compression. Operating range is 400 to 2700MHz and small signal gain is 12dB. Integrated active bias allows for broad application optimization of electrical performance. Biased from a single 5V supply, its power saving  features include simple quiescent current adjustment, which allows class-AB operation and logic-level shutdown control to reduce the supply current to 4µA.
