RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a Southwest Antennas’ omnidirectional antennas. Designed to support DOD / Government L-band radios operating from 1.35 to 1.39GHz, the 1087-071 collinear antenna offers 6dBi of peak gain. This 19.75 inch antenna has a flange mount base with lock-wired screws and an integrated sealed spring making it safe for vibrating platforms such as vehicles and reducing the risk of damage to the mated RF connector. The weatherproof seal provides protection in harsh operating conditions. Capable of handling up to 50W of input power, the 1087-071 standard connector is Type-N female.
