The R1000SMUB8CR delivers -131 dBc/Hz typical phase noise at 10 kHz offset at its operating frequency of 1000 MHz. Vcc is 8 volts, while the tuning voltage range is 0.5 to 4.5 V. Typical output power is 7 dBm. Packaged in a standard 0.75 x 0.75 inch castellated SMT, the APA Wireless R1000SMUB8CR is a form/fit/function replacement for the EOL Qorvo UMX-235-B14-G and UMX-244-B14-G. |
