The Qorvo QPF4532 offers a compact form factor with integrated matching, minimizing wireless access point layout area. Performance is focused on optimizing the PA for a 3.3 V supply voltage that conserves power consumption while maintaining the highest linear output power and leading edge throughput with Pout = +25 dBm MCS0 HT20 spectral mask compliance. Integrated die level filtering for 2nd and 3rd harmonics as well as 2.4 GHz rejection for DBDC operation are included. The QPF4532 integrates a 5 GHz power amplifier (PA), single…
RFMW announces design and sales support for SiTime’s Ultra-Small, µPower, 32.768 kHz TCXO. SiTime’s TempFlat MEMS technology enables the first 32 kHz TCXO in a 1.2 mm2 chip-scale package, the world’s smallest footprint. Typical core supply current is only 4.5 μA. The SiT1566 is factory calibrated over multiple temperature points to guarantee extremely tight, ±3 ppm all-inclusive frequency stability. Applications include Smart Meters, Health and Wellness monitors, Pulse-per-Second (PPS) Time keeping and RTC Reference clocks. The SiT1566 is available with short lead times from RFMW.
RFMW announces design and sales support for a high efficiency amplifier from Qorvo. The QPA9942 power amplifier supports small cells operating in the 3300 to 3800 MHz frequency range with up to 35.5 dBm P3dB and 31 dB of gain. DPD corrected ACPR is -50 dBc at +28 dBm output power. Drawing 84 mA from a 5 volt supply, the QPA9942 also supports DAS and mMIMO systems. Internally matched to 50 ohms at both input and output, it is offered in a 5×5 mm, SMT package.
FMW announces design and sales support for Unictron (formerly SANAV) antenna modules. The Unictron AM-25 is a small form factor, Active GPS Antenna module, with full CE approval for use within the European Market for L1 applications. The high gain (28 dB) antenna assembly operates from a 2.5V supply and contains passive filtering for improved selectivity. With a 1.5dB noise figure and excellent gain performance almost to the horizon, The AM-25 will provide the user with coverage within foliage or urban canyon environments. CE certification approval offers an ideal solution for the designer who is in a hurry and requires…
