The QPB9324 and QPB9325 combine a high power handling (52W) switch with two low noise amplifiers targeting wireless infrastructure applications configured for TDD-based architectures. The QPB9324 covers frequencies from 3.4 to 3.6GHz and the QPB9325 covers 3.6 to 3.8GHz. Noise figure for the devices is 1.15dB and 1.3dB respectively. Both devices offer receive gain of 33.5dB with transmit insertion loss of 0.5dB. Running from a 5 volt supply, they draw 240mA in receive and 140mA in transmit.
