Operating over a frequency range of 50 to 4000MHz, the four gain blocks in this series (QPA2363C, QPA4263C, QPA4363C and QPA4563C) offer gain and output power options for applications in LTE infrastructure, repeaters, Test & Measurement and defense. With 3V operation and active bias, these highly linear gain blocks are available in SOT-363 packaging.

RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for the Qorvo QPB8808, a 45 – 1218MHz GaAs power doubler MMIC used in DOCSIS 3.1 compliant CATV amplifiers. This GaAs MMIC offers excellent high output linearity at +12V. The QPB8808 provides 20.6dB of gain and 57dBmV output at 1218MHz. CSO is rated at -77dBc while CTB is rated at -79dBc. Variable bias control allows fine tuning in HFC nodes and line amplifiers. Maximum current draw is 525mA from a 12V supply. Offered in a compact, 5×7 QFN package for minimal PCB space requirements.

Operating from DC to 3.7 GHz with a 50V supply rail, Qorvo provides the QPD1015L in an eared package and the QPD1015 in an earless package. Both transistors offer 20dB of gain and a Psat of 48.5dBm.
